Shipping

Costs The Netherlands:

Free shipping for orders above € 40,00.
€ 4,00 for orders beneath € 40,00.
Shipping takes approx. 1 day.

Costs England

€ 15,00 for all orders.
Shipping takes approx. 2-3 days.

Costs Europe

Varies per country. From € 9,95 till € 35,00
Shipping takes aprox. 3-7 days.

Costs Rest of the World

€ 25,00 for all orders.
Shipping takes aprox. 12-21 days.

Payment

Upon completion of your order, you can pay directly via Visa, Mastercard, credit card acceptance off-line or by transferring the amount to the bank account shown below. For our Belgian customers, there is also Mister Cash.

Unfortunatelly PayPal payments are no longer possible.

For Dutch customers the Ideal option is the most confenient.
No additional payment costs.

Mistercash, Directbanking and Sofortbanking

For our Belgium and German customers.

Credit Card

You can pay in a secure environment with your creditcard. In case you don’t want to use your creditcard online, you can always contact us via e-mail or phone for any information, assistance, or alternative solutions regarding credit card payments.

Your order will be shipped once the payment is received.

We hope you are satisfied with the item you have purchased. But if the product, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, it can  be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund credit, or exchange (minus delivery charges).
